What to include in your message, what happens next, and how to prepare so your counsellor can give you an accurate shortlist.
What happens after you send the form
- Your message opens in WhatsApp with your details filled in. Send it to reach our counselling team.
- A counsellor replies, usually within one working day, with questions or a first set of options.
- We agree a time for a full session, at your nearest branch or on WhatsApp call.
- You receive a written shortlist with fees, entry requirements and scholarship chances.
What to have ready
- Latest results: Matric, FSc/A-Levels, or degree transcripts with CGPA
- Your subjects (Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, ICS, ICom, Arts)
- English test score, or the date you plan to take it
- Your family’s yearly budget for tuition and living
- The intake you are aiming for and any city or university preferences
